Ozify Australia delivers to all locations in Australia, and can arrange shipping to most locations in the world.

 

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

We offer complementary standard shipping on all domestic orders.
Orders will be shipped using a variety of carriers. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email to your nominated email address with the link to your tracking information. If you do not receive this email please contact ozify@ozifyaustralia.com

Orders are typically processed within 36 hours pending availability and following payment verification. For large volume orders (+5 pairs), please allow an additional 5 days for processing. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

Ozify Australia uses freight services that deliver during normal business hours between Monday to Friday.


Please allow between 1-3 business days for delivery of orders in metropolitan areas and between 5-7 working days for orders travelling outside metropolitan areasDelivery times are an estimate only and Ozify Australia will not be liable for any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. The delivery times are subject to change without notice.

We do not offer Express Shipping as part of our complementary domestic shipping service. If you require your order for a specific date please email ozify@ozifyaustralia.com and we will arrange it. Please note this will incur an additional $10 postage charge.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We offer a flat shipping rate of AUD $40 for all International order. Excludes express shipping method.
Orders will be shipped using a variety of carriers. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email to your nominated email address with the link to your tracking information. If you do not receive this email please contact ozify@ozifyaustralia.com

Orders are typically processed within 36 hours pending availability and following payment verification. For large volume orders (+ 5 pairs), please allow an additional 7 days for processing. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

Delivery times are subject to the carrier, destination of the delivery and your countries customs process. Please note; International orders can take up to 21 days pending customs in some countries. Upon arrival in the destination country the parcel(s) are distributed by the local postal service.

We cannot guarantee that your order will not be subject to random checks and cause associated delays and charges. Ozify Australia is not responsible for any delays or costs incurred caused by the destination customs clearance processes. We are not able to offer a refund for returned goods which are returned because the customer wishes to avoid paying any customs duties imposed.

 

*The postal fee charged does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility of any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with the Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all product(s) ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information and to avoid surprise at the charges incurred, please call your local customs office for rates and further information.
